We are looking for detail-oriented Apple Power Users with strong written English and a good understanding of both iOS and macOS. The role involves creating precise instructions, evaluation checklists, and test scenarios to assess AI systems and identify potential errors or failure modes.

Key Responsibilities

- Write clear, step-by-step instructions for iPhone and Mac.
- Accurately describe on-screen actions, menus, navigation, and interface elements.
- Create objective Yes/No evaluation checklists.
- Develop questions and test scenarios to identify AI errors and failure modes.
- Capture and submit screenshots from both iPhone and Mac according to specified guidelines.
- Follow formatting, data-handling, and submission requirements consistently.

Required Qualifications





- Regular use of a recent iPhone and Mac; both devices are required.
- Ability to capture and submit screenshots from both devices.
- Strong and precise written English.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- QA or software testing experience
- AI evaluation, training, or grading experience
- Technical writing experience
- Experience creating test cases or evaluation criteria
