Responsibilities

· Continuously travel across Andhra Pradesh to identify, meet, and recruit potential Senior Marketing Leaders Real Estate.

· Build and expand a strong network of Marketing Leaders across key markets in Andhra Pradesh.

· Conduct meetings and presentations to explain the company's projects, business prospects, and earning potential.

· Recruit, onboard, and conduct induction programs for new Marketing Leaders.

· Build strong relationships and ensure continuous engagement and activation of Marketing Leaders.

· Provide project details, pricing, brochures, and other sales support required for business generation.

· Coordinate site visits and support Marketing Leaders in customer conversions.

· Regularly communicate project updates, offers, incentives, and performance schemes.

· Track recruitment, activation and business performance and submit regular MIS reports.

· Work closely with Sales and CRM teams to ensure smooth deal closures.

· Achieve recruitment,



network expansion and business targets.

Desired Skills & Experience

· Any Graduation.

· 7–10 years of experience in real estate recruitment, channel sales, or partner/network development.

· Real estate experience is mandatory.

· Solid network among real estate professionals and marketing leaders across Andhra Pradesh.

· Willingness to travel extensively and work continuously in the field.

· Excellent communication, networking, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

· Target-driven with a strong focus on network expansion and revenue generation.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
