Role ; Recruitment Specialist

Location: West Delhi

Work Type: Full-time, In office

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for IHN and its partner organizations.

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Understand hiring requirements and maintain candidate pipelines.
Manage recruitment databases and basic HR documentation.
Support selection, offer coordination, onboarding, and induction.
Build a strong talent pool for hospitality and service-sector roles.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective hiring.

Qualifications




Experience in recruitment / talent acquisition .
Robust communication, interviewing, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.
Experience in hospitality, travel, or service industries is preferred.
Familiarity with job portals and applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Willingness to work full-time, on-site in West Delhi .
