Job Summary

We are seeking Senior Python Developers with strong hands-on experience building SaaS platforms using distributed and event-driven architectures. The role requires deep backend expertise, robust problem-solving skills, and the ability to own complex systems end to end.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable backend services using Python
Build and maintain event-driven and distributed systems
Work extensively with Kafka for messaging and streaming use cases
Design and optimize data models across SQL and NoSQL databases
Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability
Lead troubleshooting, performance tuning, and RCA activities
Mentor mid-level developers and review code
Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, and product teams
Participate in production deployments and on-call rotations





Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
5–8 years of hands-on software development experience
Strong expertise in Python (must)
Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
Good experience designing and working with distributed systems
Solid understanding of event-driven architectures
Experience building and scaling SaaS platforms
Solid understanding of microservices architecture
Experience with system design, performance tuning, and scalability
Proficiency with Git and CI/CD workflows
Strong experience in Linux-based environments

Good to Have
Experience with graph databases (Neo4j, JanusGraph, etc.)
Experience developing services in Java
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Exposure to cloud-native architectures
