nPosition Overview
nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Guidewire Engineer with solid hands-on expertise in both Policy Center and Billing Center. This individual will play a critical role in designing, configuring, and integrating Guidewire solutions that support enterprise insurance operations.
nThe ideal candidate has deep configuration and integration experience, strong Java fundamentals, and a disciplined approach to engineering, including Test-Driven Development (TDD).
nKey Responsibilities
nGuidewire Development & Configuration
n1.Design and implement solutions in PolicyCenter and BillingCenter
n2.Perform configuration work including:

Product Model changesn
PCF/UI enhancementsn
Business Rulesn
Workflowsn
Batch processesn

n3.Customize and extend Guidewire applications using Gosu
nIntegration Development
n1.Build and maintain integrations using:
n
n
Guidewire Integration Frameworkn
REST and SOAP servicesn
Messaging systems (where applicable)n





n2.Develop and maintain backend services using Java
n3.Ensure secure and scalable integration patterns
nEngineering Best Practices
n
n
Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) practicesn
Maintain robust unit test coveragen
Participate in peer code reviewsn
Follow clean code and OOP design principlesn
Support production troubleshooting and root cause analysisn

nCollaboration & Delivery
n
n
Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teamsn
Translate business requirements into technical designn
Contribute to architectural discussions and technical planningn
Support Agile/Scrum ceremoniesn

nRequired Qualifications
n1.5+ years of hands-on Guidewire development experience
n2.Solid experience in both:

n3.Active Guidewire Certifications:

PolicyCenter (Associate or ACE preferred)n
