Service Now QA

We need people for ServiceNow QA having exp. in CMDB &
Data hygiene,

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and regression test suites for ServiceNow applications.
Validate standard ServiceNow modules and custom/bespoke workflows developed on the platform.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of ServiceNow solutions.
Test ServiceNow integrations with external systems and third-party applications.
Validate workflow automation, Flow Designer implementations, business rules, and configured applications.
Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution.
Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, test evidence, and other QA documentation.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts,



and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and production release validation.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a testing perspective.

Key Skills &
Expertise:
Robust knowledge of CMDB and Data Hygiene
ATF (Automated Test Framework) hands-on automation experience is a must
ServiceNow Platform fundamentals
Asset Management
Compliance &
Auditing
Access &
Security Controls
Integrations with third-party applications
Experience with upgrades and clone activities
