We are looking for an experienced and motivated Resort Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our resort and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with hands-on experience in hospitality operations.

Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the overall day-to-day operations of the resort.
Ensure high standards of guest service, hospitality, cleanliness, and safety.
Lead, train, and motivate resort staff across departments.
Manage front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and other operational areas.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
