Plastics / Masterbatch / Compounds

Strong techno-commercial and business development experience

Proven track record of achieving sales/revenue targets

Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Strong communication, presentation and relationship-management skills

Business acumen with a self-driven and entrepreneurial approach

Willingness to travel extensively across the region

Key Responsibilities





• Drive sales and business development for Masterbatch & Compounds

• Manage and expand the existing customer base across the region

• Identify current prospects and develop new business opportunities

• Analyze market potential and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

• Build strong relationships with customers through regular market visits and interactions

• Represent the organization effectively at senior customer levels

• Combine technical understanding with strong commercial and entrepreneurial skills
