Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection of tools and components.
Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and technical specifications.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, and Dial Indicators.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and test certificates.
Investigate customer complaints and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Conduct internal process audits and supplier quality inspections.
Coordinate with Design, Production, and Purchase departments to resolve quality issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using 7 QC Tools, SPC, and Kaizen methodologies.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
