– Quality Control Engineer

Position: Quality Control Engineer

Location: Kandhala, Maharashtra

Experience: 1–3 Years

Department: Quality Control

Shift: 12 Hours

Job Responsibilities

· Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.

· Perform dimensional and visual inspection as per drawings and specifications.

· Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.

· Ensure products meet required quality standards and customer specifications.

· Identify quality issues and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.

· Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.

· Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues.

· Monitor and maintain quality control processes on the shop floor.

· Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

· Follow company quality procedures, safety standards, and documentation requirements.





· Participate in internal quality audits and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

· Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.

· 2–3 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Inspection.

· Valuable knowledge of engineering drawings and tolerances.

· Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection methods.

· Basic knowledge of 7 QC Tools and Root Cause Analysis.

· Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work effectively with Production and Quality teams.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
