Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

Experience:
1 to 5 years of experience in Consumer Loans, Business Loans, Small Enterprise Loans, Personal Loans, LAP, Gold Loans, or related financial products
Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered

Key Responsibilities
Acquire current customers for Consumer and Small Enterprise Loan products.
Generate business through direct sales, referrals, and local market sourcing.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.




Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Explore local market prospects to expand the customer base.
