Job DescriptionAbout the Role
nWe are seeking an experienced SCM Consultant with 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM). The ideal candidate must have a Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences industry background and hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion SCM solutions across procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.
nKey Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.n
Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including:n
Procurementn
Supplier Managementn
Inventory Managementn
Product Information Management (PIM)n
Order Managementn
Manufacturingn
Lead solution design workshops, CRP/UAT sessions, and production deployments.n
Optimize supply chain processes while ensuring compliance with Healthcare/Life Sciences business requirements.n
Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and data migration activities.n




Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, user documentation, and training materials.n
Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous process improvements.n
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance.n

nMandatory Skills

8+ years of Oracle SCM functional consulting experience.n
Robust hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules:n
Procurementn
Supplier Managementn
Inventory Managementn
Product Information Management (PIM)n
Order Managementn
Manufacturingn
Minimum of 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects.n
Solid understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes.n
Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.n
Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.n
