Role & responsibilities
Manage daily store operations
Achieve sales and revenue targets
Supervise, train, and motivate store staff
Handle customer service and complaints
Manage inventory, stock, and product displays
Prepare sales and performance reports
Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and store discipline
Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and visual merchandising
Coordinate with head office, suppliers, and management

Preferred candidate profile
Candidates should have 5 to 7years of working experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Target-oriented with solid sales and business acumen.
Positive knowledge of MS Office and retail POS systems.
