We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Executive with 3+ years of experience in airline ticketing, GDS, and Amadeus. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissue, cancellation, refunds, and fare rules.

Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international flight bookings using Amadeus GDS.
Create and manage PNRs and passenger itineraries.
Issue, reissue, cancel, void, and refund airline tickets.
Check flight availability, fares, fare rules, baggage, and seat availability.
Handle ticket changes, schedule changes, and cancellations.
Provide customers with suitable flight options and fare quotations.
Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for booking and ticketing issues.
Maintain accurate booking and customer records.
Ensure all ticketing transactions are completed accurately and on time.
Provide professional customer service and resolve booking-related queries.

Requirements




3+ years of relevant experience in airline ticketing.
Solid hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS is mandatory.
Good knowledge of domestic and international air ticketing.
Knowledge of reissue, refund, cancellation, void, fare calculation, and fare rules.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings.
Knowledge of Galileo, Sabre, or other GDS will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate
candidate with 3+ years of experience in Travel Agency / Airline Ticketing / Corporate Travel / OTA.
Candidates with immediate or short notice period are preferred.

Pay: From ₹200,000.00 per month
