NThe Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions using .Net, asp.Net, C#, and SQL Server. The individual will oversee the technical architecture, design, development, and deployment of projects while ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.

Lead a team of developers in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications. N
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for projects. N
Ensure project timelines are met and projects are delivered within budget. N
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to complex problems. N
Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in .Net, asp.Net, and sql server development. N
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members to enhance overall team performance. N
Implement best practices for software development and ensure code quality standards are maintained. N

Extensive experience in .Net framework, asp.Net, and sql server. N
Proficiency in developing web applications using asp.Net mvc, c#, and sql. N

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. N
