Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Central Avenue, Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through regular market visits.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
Conduct regular market visits to meet prospective and existing clients.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and understand their requirements.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.




Prepare regular sales reports and update management on market activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel and conduct regular market visits.
Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel will be an advantage.
