Job OverviewGulmohar Collective is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Room Attendant / Housekeeping Associate to join our team in Karnal, Haryana. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional guest experience by keeping guest rooms, suites, and public areas clean, comfortable, and maintained to the highest hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
Room Cleaning & Turnaround: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and suites thoroughly according to standard operating procedures.
Bed Making & Linen Care: Change bed sheets, pillow covers, and towels; make beds neatly and efficiently.
Hygiene & Sanitation: Maintain supreme standards of cleanliness, proper sanitization, and dust-free environments across all assigned areas.
Amenities Replenishment: Restock guest supplies, toiletries, drinking water, and tea/coffee kits in every room daily.
Maintenance Reporting:



Regularly inspect rooms for broken equipment, lighting, plumbing, or fixture issues and report damages immediately to the maintenance team.
Inventory & Supplies Management: Keep housekeeping carts organized, stocked, and handle cleaning chemicals safely.
Guest Assistance: Respond promptly, politely, and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, or special requirements.
Laundry & Waste Handling: Collect used linens and towels for laundry delivery, and ensure proper disposal of trash and recycling.
