Role & responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, test and deploy attended and unattended automation solutions using UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate and SAP Build Process Automation in line with CoE standards.
Analyze approved requirements, process maps, business rules, exceptions, controls and acceptance criteria; clarify gaps with Business Analysts, Process Owners and operational subject-matter experts.
Develop robust, reusable and supportable automation components, including workflows, integrations, queues, forms, approvals, exception handling, logging and notifications.
Integrate automation solutions with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft 365, APIs, databases, files and other approved enterprise applications while following security and access controls.
Perform unit,



integration and regression testing; support user acceptance testing, release preparation, deployment, hyper care and operational handover.
Monitor production automations, investigate failures, resolve incidents, perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive improvements.
Maintain complete technical and operational documentation, including solution designs, configuration records, test evidence, runbooks, support guides and change records.
Contribute to peer reviews, reusable assets, development standards, knowledge sharing, process improvement and responsible adoption of AI-enabled automation capabilities.
