Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Associate to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, arranging property/site visits, following up with prospects, and supporting the team in closing property sales.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, online platforms, references, and other sources.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Coordinate and conduct property/site visits for prospective customers.
Follow up regularly with leads and potential buyers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant details.
Negotiate with customers and support the sales closing process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and registration processes.




Stay updated on available properties, pricing, offers, and market trends.

Skills Required
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge or interest in real estate/property sales.
Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel for property/site visits.
Tamil and English communication skills are required.
Hindi, Kannada, or Telugu will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
