Real Estate Sales Manager / Sales Executive

Efox Consultancy Services LLP (ECS) is hiring for a reputed real estate client for their Bareilly location.

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals with a robust background in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up with prospective property buyers
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Handle property presentations and site visits
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Negotiate with clients and drive sales closures
Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve assigned sales targets

Requirements:
3–4+ years of experience in real estate sales
Experience in selling high-rise apartments, villas and/or commercial properties
Solid client handling, follow-up,



negotiation and closing skills
Real estate sales experience is mandatory
Candidates from unrelated industries will not be considered
Experience with a reputed real estate developer/company will be preferred
Candidates currently based in Bareilly or within daily commuting distance will be preferred

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and profile. Strong candidates may be considered towards the upper end of the range. Job Type: Full time
