This prospect is a part of a government funded project focused on network medicine and machine learning for healthcare applications using public and private biomedical and clinical datasets.

The ML Scientist is expected to assist in:
Development of machine learning and deep learning models for healthcare data analysis.
Development of graph-based models and Graph Neural Networks for network medicine.
Construction and analysis of patient and disease networks.

Robust knowledge of Python, machine learning and deep learning is essential. Knowledge of PyTorch Geometric, NetworkX, Scikit-learn, graph theory and Graph Neural Networks is highly desirable.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: PhD in any of the following subjects - Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Biology or

Experience A related field or MS/ M. Tech in the above subjects with three years of experience in research and development with at least one research paper in SCI journal.

Salary

Rs 61,000/ + 30% HRA per month
