- Curriculum & Academic Planning: Develop, refine and implement the early years curriculum as per Finnish or Reggio Emilia or EYFS pedagogy, lesson plans, learning experiences and assessments.
- Teacher Development: Lead teacher training, mentoring, onboarding and ongoing professional development.
- Academic Quality: Conduct classroom observations, academic audits and centre visits to ensure consistent curriculum implementation and teaching quality.
- Academic Resources: Oversee learning materials, books, teaching aids and supplementary content.
- Events & Experiences: Support the planning and execution of academic events, celebrations, field trips and other learning experiences.
- Collaboration & Support: Work closely with Centre Heads, Coordinators and teachers to address academic challenges and strengthen practice.
- Content & Communication: Develop academic and parent-facing content, including newsletters, progress reports and social media content

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
