We are hiring 5 full-time Academic Counsellors for our Gurugram office.

Key Responsibilities

•

- Connect with prospective learners and understand their education and career goals.

•
- Counsel working professionals on suitable executive and online UG/PG programs.

•
- Recommend the right university, program and specialisation based on each learner’s profile.

•
- Manage leads, conduct timely follow-ups and maintain accurate records.

•
- Guide candidates through the application and enrolment process.

•
- Work towards individual and team enrolment targets while delivering an excellent learner experience.

•
- Provide coordination and support after enrolment when required.

Candidate Profile

•
- Graduate in any discipline.

•




- Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counselling, admissions, inside sales or business development.

•
- EdTech or higher-education sales experience is preferred.

•
- Strong spoken and written English
- Hindi communication skills are an advantage.

•
- Confident, consultative and comfortable speaking with working professionals.

•
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.

•
- Willing to work full time from our Gurugram office.
