Role Description The Admission Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the entire student admission process in a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This includes managing inquiries from prospective families, conducting campus tours, organizing information sessions, and guiding applicants through forms, documentation, and admission timelines. The role involves maintaining accurate admission records, tracking applications, and collaborating with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.

The Admission





Manager will also analyze enrollment data, support outreach and promotional activities, and uphold the school’s values in all interactions with students, parents, and guardians.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in student admission administration, record management, and process coordination.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder relationship-building abilities.
- Competence in basic office software, data entry, and using digital tools for reporting and documentation.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in school or educational institution admissions or related administrative roles is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, administration, management, or a related field is beneficial.
- Capacity to work on-site in Kolkata, collaborate with diverse teams, and maintain a student- and family-centered approach.
