Key Responsibilities
Business Generation &
Client Acquisition
Identify, map, and contact prospective commercial clients (SMEs, contractors, healthcare providers, transportation operators, and manufacturers) needing equipment financing.
Conduct field visits, cold calls, and digital outreach to generate recent lead pipelines across assigned territories or equipment sectors.
Vendor &
Channel Relationship Management
Onboard and maintain relationships with local equipment dealers, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and sales representatives.
Deal Structuring &
Lead Handoff
Understand client equipment requirements (e.g., Construction Equipment, Healthcare Devices, Commercial Vehicles, Industrial Machinery).
Collect initial KYC documents, 612 months of bank statements, tax returns (ITR/GST), and proforma invoices from prospective borrowers.




Work closely with the internal Credit Risk and Operations team to track loan applications from login to sanction and disbursement.
Market Intelligence
Track local industrial hubs, upcoming construction/infrastructure projects, and commercial trends to spot demand for equipment purchase.
Ensure transparent communication with clients regarding loan terms, EMI schedules, interest rates, and processing fees.

Qualifications &
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (B.Com), Economics, Marketing, or an MBA in Sales/Marketing/Finance (Freshers).
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome; prior internship experience in B2B sales, banking, insurance, or retail loans is an advantage).
