Job DescriptionPosition Overview
NWe are looking for a well-groomed, organised and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support the day-to-day administrative operations of a Promoter Floor for an UHNW client. The role requires strong coordination, confidentiality, professional communication and excellent hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
NKey Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth functioning of the Promoter Floor. N
Maintain records, registers, trackers, reports and administrative documentation accurately and systematically. N
Prepare, update and maintain Excel-based MIS, reports, data sheets, schedules and trackers. N
Handle data entry, documentation, filing and record maintenance with high accuracy. N
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, service staff and other stakeholders for administrative requirements. N
Monitor office supplies, stationery and other administrative requirements and maintain proper inventory records. N
Assist in scheduling meetings,



maintaining calendars and coordinating appointments or operational requirements as required. N
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and share timely updates with the concerned stakeholders. N
Support billing, invoices, purchase documentation and other administrative paperwork, wherever required. N
Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive information related to the client, family, business and operations. N
Ensure skilled grooming, etiquette and service standards appropriate for an UHNW client workplace. N

nPerform any other administrative duties assigned by the reporting manager or client representative.
NEligibility & Experience

n
Graduate in any discipline from a recognised institution. N
Prior work experience in a 5-star / luxury hotel is mandatory or strongly preferred. N
Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel is essential. N
Valuable knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint
