Coordinate with management for bookings and documentation.
Build relationships with industrial consultants, property dealers, and business owners.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
Experience in real estate sales, industrial sales, or business development preferred.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
Own vehicle preferred for site visits.
Knowledge of the Tricity, Barwala, Panchkula, and Yamunanagar industrial markets will be an advantage.
