About the role: Vohmra The Jewellers is looking for a warm, trustworthy, and sales-driven Jewellery Sales Executive to join our showroom floor at SCF-8, VIP Road, Zirakpur. Candidates with prior gold, diamond, or jewellery showroom sales experience are strongly encouraged to apply. This role is the face of the store for walk-in customers and is central to building repeat, relationship-based business.

Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers, understand their occasion, budget, and preferences, and guide them to suitable gold, diamond, and silver jewellery
Explain designs, purity/hallmarking, making charges, and pricing clearly and honestly
Handle billing, POS entries, and payment collection accurately
Maintain display counters, arrangement, cleanliness, and security of stock at all times
Respond to phone and WhatsApp enquiries about products, pricing, and availability
Coordinate exchanges, repairs, and custom order requests with the workshop/owner




Track daily sales against targets and share stock/demand feedback with the owner
Build long-term relationships that bring customers back for future purchases and referrals

Requirements
Prior experience in jewellery, gold/diamond showroom, or high-value retail sales strongly preferred (general retail sales experience will also be considered)
Comfortable conversing in Hindi/Punjabi and English
Confident, pleasant, presentable, and customer-first in manner
High personal integrity, as this role involves handling valuable stock and cash
Basic arithmetic and comfort with billing/POS systems
Willing to work standard retail hours, including weekends and festival-season peak days
Based in or near Zirakpur preferred

We offer on-the-job product training and performance incentives. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
