We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies
Manage and motivate the sales team
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Generate leads and develop recent business
Build solid relationships with architects, designers and clients
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
Handle negotiations and close high-value deals
Requirements:
Proven experience in furniture, interior or luxury retail sales
Solid leadership and communication skills
Excellent negotiation and client-handling abilities
Target-oriented and result-driven
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
