Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales and Telemarketing role based in Mumbai. The position involves actively prospecting and calling potential and existing customers to promote freight forwarding and transportation services, generate current business, and maintain robust client relationships.

Daily responsibilities include identifying customer requirements, preparing basic quotations with the operations team, following up on leads, and updating the sales pipeline and CRM tools. The role also requires coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery,



handling customer inquiries, and providing transparent, timely information on shipments and export procedures. The successful candidate will work closely with management to achieve sales targets, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation.
Candidates should possess skills in Forwarding and Export operations.
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confident telephone etiquette.
Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or logistics is preferred.
Ability to work with targets, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records.
Basic understanding of international trade, shipping documentation, and Incoterms is an advantage.
Proficiency in common office software and CRM tools; relevant diploma or degree in logistics, business, or a related field is beneficial.
