Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time, in office position based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and promoting the company’s transportation and trailer services.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales calls and visits, preparing and presenting proposals, supporting contract negotiations, and following up on leads to convert them into long-term clients. The specialist will assist in developing and implementing marketing initiatives, such as campaigns, promotional materials,



and local outreach activities tailored to the logistics sector. The role also involves collaborating with operations teams to ensure customer expectations are met, maintaining accurate sales records, and providing feedback to improve service offerings.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, understand requirements, and resolve issues effectively.
Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, close deals, manage accounts, and achieve revenue targets.
Candidates should possess Training skills to onboard new customers to services, support internal staff on sales processes, and share product knowledge.
Relevant experience in transportation, logistics, or related industries is beneficial.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or sales tracking tools is preferred.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
Fluency in English and local languages used in Delhi is an asset.
