Understand VRF/VRV, split AC, ductable, cassette, AHU, chiller, FCU, ventilation and duct systems.
Select suitable equipment based on cooling load and application.
Explain technical features and advantages to customers.
Quotation &
Estimation
Prepare BOQ, cost estimates and commercial quotations.
Calculate equipment, copper piping, insulation, ducting, electrical materials, installation and accessories.
Compare supplier prices and maintain project margins.
Tender &
Proposal
Study tender documents, drawings and specifications.
Prepare technical and commercial offers.
Coordinate with consultants for technical approvals.
Prepare compliance statements and submittals.
Sales &
Business Development
Find current customers and projects.
Follow up on enquiries and quotations.
Negotiate prices and commercial terms.
Convert enquiries into purchase orders.




Maintain relationships with existing customers.
Project Coordination
Coordinate with design, procurement, installation and commissioning teams after receiving the order.
Ensure the supplied equipment matches the approved specifications.
Resolve technical issues between customer and project team.
Payment &
Order Follow-up
Follow up for advance payments, running bills and final payments.
Coordinate purchase orders, invoices and delivery schedules.
Documentation
Prepare quotations, BOQs, technical submittals, material approvals and project reports.
Maintain enquiry, quotation and sales follow-up records.
