Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in and phone inquiries, understanding customer travel needs and preferences
Present and explain travel packages (domestic/international, cruises, holiday packages) to customers
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into confirmed bookings
Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations, itineraries, and documentation
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and follow-ups
Build and maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Stay updated on current travel packages, offers, and destinations to advise customers accurately
Assist with basic administrative tasks related to sales (quotations, invoices, booking forms)
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline)
Freshers welcome; prior experience in sales, travel, or customer service is a plus
Valuable communication skills (spoken and written)
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet browsing)
Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
Ability to multitask and handle walk-in/phone inquiries simultaneously
