Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious and target-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our B-School team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will bring robust sales fundamentals, a disciplined approach to target management, and hands-on CRM experience to drive both individual and team performance.
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience
Robust target orientation with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Demonstrated ability to manage both individual and team sales targets
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms is essential
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
