Identify and develop recent customers for commercial vehicles, including individual operators, fleet owners, transport companies, and businesses.
Generate sales leads through field visits, referrals, telecalling, digital enquiries, and customer networks.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable commercial vehicle models based on application, payload, mileage, budget, and business needs.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the dealership/company.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain product features, specifications, benefits, pricing, and finance options.
Arrange and coordinate vehicle test drives and customer meetings.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.
Develop strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with finance and insurance teams to support customers with vehicle loans, documentation, and insurance requirements.
Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth and timely vehicle delivery.




Maintain regular follow-up with leads and prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Update customer and sales information in the CRM/DMS system and maintain accurate records.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, offers, and market trends.
Conduct regular market and field visits to identify recent business opportunities.
Follow up on pending enquiries, quotations, bookings, and deliveries.
Handle customer queries and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, roadshows, and customer meets.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and provide market feedback to the Sales Manager.
Ensure compliance with company sales processes, policies, and documentation requirements.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
