Looking for an experienced, target-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales of Solar Module Bill of Materials (BOM), including Solar Glass, EVA/POE Encapsulant, Aluminium Frames, and DCR/Non-DCR Cells. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing key client accounts, and building robust relationships with solar module manufacturers and EPC companies.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of Solar Module BOM components to module manufacturers, EPC companies, and OEMs.
Identify and convert new business prospects to expand market share.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
Track market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activities across BOM segments.
Coordinate with internal production, quality, and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence for management.
Monitor DCR/Non-DCR policy changes and represent the company at industry trade shows.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience:



5–8 years of relevant sales experience in the solar industry (preferably in module raw materials/BOM).
Education: Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Solid knowledge of Solar Module BOM components and DCR/Non-DCR cell classifications.
Existing, established network with solar module manufacturers and EPC companies preferred.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
