Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to generate sales, develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent leads and convert them into customers
Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities
Follow up with existing and potential customers
Prepare quotations and coordinate order processing
Coordinate with Dispatch, Accounts, CRM, and other departments
Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, promotional activities,



and company events

Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills
Target-oriented and result-driven approach
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel
Positive attitude and willingness to travel

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline
BBA / MBA Marketing or Sales preferred

Experience
1–3 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / Business Development

Preferred
Experience in FMCG, Pharma, Ayurveda, Organic, Cosmetics, Agriculture, or Healthcare industries
Field sales experience will be an advantage
Willingness to travel as per business requirements

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
