Female Jewellery Sales, Marketing &
Billing Executive
Handle jewellery sales and customer interactions at the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
Conduct customer follow-ups and maintain strong customer relationships.
Generate leads through marketing activities and customer outreach.
Communicate with customers through WhatsApp and Instagram.
Present jewellery products professionally and explain product details.
Handle billing and basic computer-related tasks.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales information.
Support the showroom team in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Jewellery Sales &
Customer Handling:
Assist customers in selecting jewellery according to their requirements.
Provide product information and handle customer queries.
Present jewellery products in a skilled and convincing manner.
Maintain a positive and premium customer experience.

Marketing &
Lead Generation
Generate and follow up on potential customer leads.




Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
Handle customer communication through WhatsApp and Instagram.
Support promotional and marketing activities.

Billing &
Records
Handle jewellery billing and basic computer operations.
Maintain customer records and sales-related information.
Ensure accuracy in billing and documentation.

Required Skills &
Experience
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience.
Gender: Female candidates only.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Presentable, smart, and confident personality.
Basic computer and billing knowledge.
Strong customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
Experience in jewellery, luxury, or premium retail is preferred.
Passion for sales and customer service.
