Conducting market research to identify potential clients.
Actively seeking current sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Promote water pumps and pump room solutions for building projects Build relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, and builders Assist in pump selection and pump room design discussions Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations Track projects from design stage to installation stage Coordinate with contractors and internal teams for project execution Convert project opportunities into confirmed sales
Client Relationship Management
Building and maintaining solid client relationships.
Regular communication and meetings with clients to address their needs and concerns. Develop robust relationships with architects, plumbing consultants, and MEP consultants. Ensure inclusion of products in drawings, BOQs, and tender specifications. Conduct technical presentations, CPDs, and product training sessions. Provide design-stage technical support and solution recommendations. Track projects from concept stage through execution.



Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to convert specifications into sales. Maintain structured pipeline reporting and consultant mapping. 3.

Sales Presentation and Demonstration
Preparing and delivering presentations on products and services.
Demonstrating products and services to potential customers via email and phone. 4.

Negotiation and Closing
Negotiating sales deals to ensure profitable outcomes.
Closing deals and handling complaints or objections professionally. 5.Market Research and Analysis:
Conducting market research to evaluate customer needs.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities. 6.

Sales Reporting
Creating daily reports with sales data.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. 7.

Customer Service
Providing after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction.
Gathering feedback from customers and sharing it with internal teams. 8.

Collaboration
Working with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
