Key Responsibilities
Team Management: Coach, mentor, and train team members on insurance products, sales scripts, and internal processes.
Performance & KPI Tracking: Monitor real-time metrics like sales conversions, call quality, productivity targets, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all operations, sales pitches, and claims follow industry regulations and company policies.
Escalation Handling: Resolve complex client complaints or escalated operational issues from agents and customers.
Reporting: Prepare performance and workflow reports for senior management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
