Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD & MM Consultant with 45 years of experience in SAP support projects. The candidate should have solid functional knowledge of SAP SD and MM and experience in handling production support, issue resolution, and business-user queries.

Key Responsibilities
Provide functional support for SAP SD & MM modules.
Handle day-to-day production issues, incidents, service requests, and user queries.
Analyze and resolve issues related to Sales, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, Purchasing, Inventory, and Invoice Verification.
Monitor and resolve integration issues between SD, MM, and FI.
Perform root-cause analysis and provide permanent solutions.
Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, reports, and custom developments.
Prepare functional specifications and support testing activities.




Perform configuration changes based on business requirements.
Support SIT, UAT, and regression testing when required.
Maintain proper documentation of issues, solutions, and processes.
Coordinate with business users and other functional teams for timely issue resolution.
Ensure adherence to SLA and support processes.

Required Skills
4–5 years of experience in SAP SD & MM.
Strong experience in SAP support/AMS projects.
Positive knowledge of SAP SD and MM business processes.
Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
Good understanding of SD-MM and SD-FI integration.
Hands-on experience in issue analysis, troubleshooting, and configuration.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently in an onsite support setting.

Note: This is a long-term contract position based in Faridabad and requires onsite work.
