About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Banking & Partnership Alliances professional to build and manage strategic partnerships across banks, credit card issuers, fintech companies, payment platforms, loyalty programs, wallets, Employee R&R;, NBFCs, travel platforms, consumer internet companies, and other large distribution partners.

The person will be responsible for identifying potential partners, reaching the right decision-makers, developing partnership propositions, managing commercial discussions, coordinating integrations and launches, and growing partnerships after they go live.

This is not purely a lead-generation role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the complete partnership lifecycle — prospecting pitching negotiation closure launch relationship management growth.





The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a rapid-moving startup environment and directly interacting with senior stakeholders across banks and large enterprises.
