The School Counselor supports students’ academic, social-emotional, and career development. This role involves providing individual and group counseling, collaborating with teachers and families, and implementing comprehensive counseling programs that promote student success and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counseling to students on academic, behavioral, social, and emotional concerns
Develop intervention plans and make referrals to outside services when necessary
Maintain accurate student records and counseling documentation
Collect and analyze data to evaluate counseling programs and student outcome.
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's & Master’s degree in psychology.
Knowledge of child and adolescent development.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
School Experience required.
Proficiency in English communcication required.
