Position: Tally Accountant
Industry: Manufacturing
Location: Nashik

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipts, payments, journal and expense entries.
- Maintain GST, TDS and other statutory records and support timely filings.
- Prepare bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny and outstanding statements.
- Verify purchase invoices, bills and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with stores, purchase, sales and HR for accounting-related information.
- Assist in monthly closing, MIS and basic financial reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance.
- Ensure accuracy of accounting data and timely completion of routine accounts activities.

Qualification & Experience:
- B.Com / M.Com preferred.
- 25 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Good working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST and TDS.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate:
A disciplined, hands-on accountant with good knowledge of manufacturing accounting processes and statutory compliance.
