NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for an experienced and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the local real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
NKey Responsibilities

Generate and convert leads through various channels including digital leads, referrals, channel partners, and personal networks. N
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties. N
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project walkthroughs for prospective customers. N
Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle. N
Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals. N
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. N




Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/customer information in CRM. N
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and payment processes. N
Stay updated on property inventory, pricing, offers, competitors, and market trends. N
Develop and maintain a solid network of brokers, channel partners, and referral sources. N
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager. N

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

2–3 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales. N
Strong knowledge of theBengaluru real estate market. N
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. N
Robust negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities. N
Customer-focused and result-oriented approach. N
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. N
Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills. N
Comfortable conducting site visits and meeting clients. N
Basic knowledge of CRM tools
