Role Description The Senior Accountant Cum Export Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, invoicing, and preparation of financial statements. The role also oversees export documentation and compliance, including coordination with customs, freight forwarders, and banks, handling export documents, and ensuring adherence to international trade regulations.

Collaboration with procurement, sales,



and logistics teams is required to align financial processes with export activities and support efficient, compliant shipments.

Qualifications
Robust accounting skills, including bookkeeping, general ledger management, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
Experience in export management, covering export documentation, customs procedures, bank negotiation, and trade compliance.
Proficiency with accounting, Tally Prime and MS Excel
Knowledge of taxation, GST, and regulatory requirements related to trading and export of commodities.
Ability to analyze financial data, manage cash flow, and support budgeting and cost control.
Effective communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and external agencies.
Solid attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; a qualified qualification (CA/ICWA/CS) or export management certification is an advantage.
Prior experience in agro commodities like cotton trading or a similar export-oriented business is preferred.
