We are looking for a highly competent Senior Accountant who will go beyond routine accounting and act as a strategic finance partner to the management. The role requires strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, taxation, and business growth initiatives, including readiness for a potential future IPO.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic financial inputs and support management in critical business decisions
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Prepare accurate and insightful final financial reports and management dashboards
Handle complex taxation matters (direct & indirect) and ensure full compliance
Strengthen internal financial controls, processes, and systems
Support the company in financial structuring and readiness for future IPO listing
Analyse business performance and recommend measures to improve profitability and efficiency
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external advisors
Guide and mentor the accounts team while elevating the overall finance function

Requirements
Qualified CA / CMA (preferred) or MBA (Finance) with robust domain expertise
10 – 20 years of progressive experience in finance & accounts,



preferably in retail, jewellery, or multi-location businesses
Proven ability to partner with management on strategic financial matters
Robust knowledge of taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
Exposure to fundraising, financial due diligence, or IPO-related processes will be an advantage
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preference for candidates of Marwari descent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
