Role & responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Accounts Payable, proficiency in accounting systems, solid analytical skills, and the motivation to contribute to an accurate, high-quality, and effective monthly, quarterly, and annual close and financial reporting process.
Posting Invoices & passing correct GL & preparing month end report & Statement Matching
Prepare account reconciliations and schedules as needed.
Investigate and resolve variances or discrepancies.
Provide support to other teams across the company, including on special projects.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or Economics required.
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle or SAP).
Working knowledge of US Accounts Payable & other additional activities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables.
Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Prior exposure to Life Sciences / Healthcare / Pharma industry is preferred
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
