Key Responsibilities
Handle and counsel prospective students regarding UG, PG, online, and skilled programs.
Understand students’ academic background, career goals, and requirements to recommend suitable courses.
Manage leads from enquiry to successful admission through consistent follow-ups.
Achieve and exceed monthly admission and revenue targets.
Handle sales objections and effectively communicate course value, fees, eligibility, and career prospects.
Maintain regular communication with students through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and conversion records in CRM.
Coordinate with backend and university teams for documentation and admission closure.
Track personal performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
Assist junior counsellors with difficult cases and share effective counselling practices.
Ensure a smooth and qualified student experience throughout the admission process.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
