Key Responsibilities
- Implement and rollout of ERP systems across OET institutions and departments.
- Coordinate with all the departments for ERP-related requirements and processes.
- Coordinate with the ERP vendor/technical team for configuration, system issues, updates and required changes.
- Monitor ERP data accuracy, system usage and pending issues.
- Prepare ERP-related MIS and reports as required.
- Maintain proper documentation of ERP processes, requirements and system changes.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in ERP operations, implementation support or a similar role.
- Good understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external ERP vendors.
